Important Exam Dates - 2026 Exam Series

Please find below the important dates for the 2026 exam series. The detailed, subject-specific timetable will be available soon.

Mock Exams

  • Y11 - Monday 05 January - Wednesday 21 January

  • Y13 - Monday 05 January - Wednesday 14 January

  • Y12 UCAS Exams -  Monday 27 April - Tuesday 05 May

Public Exams

  • GCSE ART - Monday 20 April - Thursday 23 April

  • A Level ART - Monday 27 April - Wednesday 29 April

  • MFL GCSE Speaking Exams - Wednesday 29 April - Tuesday 05 May

  • Written Exams  - Thursday 07 May - Friday 19 June

  • Exam Contingency Day - Wednesday 24 June (Must be kept available in case of national or significant local disruption to examinations)

Results Days

Thursday 13 August 2026 – A Level Results Day

Thursday 20 August 2026 – GCSE Results Day

For A-Level and GCSE results days

● All results will be delivered to students via the Student Portal shortly after 8am on Thursday 13th August or Thursday 20th respectively.

● Please click here for a reminder how to access the Student Portal. Please check that you are able to access the Student Portal. If you have difficulty accessing your account please email ithelp@rgshw.com.

● Results are published directly to students.

● Students will only receive an electronic copy of their results. Please be aware that we can not give results out over the phone.

● Should you require a PDF copy of your results or a paper copy, please contact the Exams Office - bah@rgshw.com

● Students may nominate a representative to collect their results on their behalf. 

● For A-Level  students, UCAS Hub Updates: from 8:00 AM on results day, students can log into the UCAS Hub to check the status of their university applications. Please note that the UCAS Hub does not display A Level grades; it only shows the status of university offers.
