2026 entry for students new to RGS - Application Timeline

Wednesday 22 October 2025 - Sixth Form Open Evening for current and prospective new students, 5pm - 8pm.
Thursday 23 October 2025 - applications open for students new to RGS, please complete this Application Form.
Friday 5 December 2025 - closing date for submitting applications. All applications received after this date will be placed on the waiting list.
March 2026 - Sixth Form Insights days for current and prospective new students
June 2026 - 'Into the Sixth' induction event

If you have already applied, simply fill out the Results Day Google Form (which will go live on this page on results day) to upload your results slip, or come into the school with a copy of your results - no appointment necessary.
If you are a new applicant with better-than-expected results, please review the Sixth Form Prospectus 2026 Entry to ensure you meet our criteria, then complete the live Results Day form and attach your results.

Thursday 20 August 2026 - GCSE results and Sixth Form offer day. On results day, you will receive an email to confirm your subject choices. Please reply to this email by 1pm to confirm your sixth form place. If you have any questions or would like to change your subjects, please email, telephone or come into school to talk with the team directly.
