You are currently in the Parent Area, which provides useful everyday information including term dates, examination information, the school calendar, sports fixtures, and absence reporting information. 

Contact with parents is by email and on the school website and are also used if rapid communication is essential, such as school closure in inclement weather. It is therefore imperative that we have up-to-date email and mobile telephone contact numbers; if these need updating, please email admin@rgshw.com.

Parent Portal

The parent portal allows you to access information about your child at school via a browser on any device.  All school communications can be found on the Parent Portal - My Account - Communications History.

Please note that there is no standalone mobile app for this updated portal.  Instead, you can access the portal directly through your mobile browser using the link above.

For quick access, you can easily add a shortcut to your phone's home screen:

Automatic Prompt: On many devices, visiting the site will automatically pop up a prompt asking if you want to Install Web App or Add to Home Screen. Simply tap that prompt to install it.

iPhone (Safari): Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen and select Add to Home Screen.

Android (Chrome): Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Add to Home screen.

This creates an icon on your phone that works just like an app.

You have a message from Parent Portal that says; ‘You do not have a pupil family associated with this Parent Portal account’, then please email ithelp@rgshw.com with the subject ‘Unlinked Portal account’ and include your name and your child’s name in the email
