Timeline for Boarding Admissions, September 2027 Entry

1 May to 2 June (3pm) 2026
Families can register their child for the Secondary Transfer Test. Children who attend a state-funded primary school in Buckinghamshire do not need to register as they are entered for the test automatically.

1 July 2026

9 October 2026
Secondary Transfer Test results are released.

The deadline to submit a secondary school application to your home local authority.  Please put 'RGS Boarding' as your preference.

6 November 2026
Confirm your preference for RGS Boarding by emailing admissions@rgshw.com.

December 2026 - January 2027
Suitability to Board interviews will take place.

February 2027 - June 2027
