Once again, RGS has a festive food bank this year. Three beautifully decorated boxes will soon be under the library Christmas tree, their artistic finery courtesy of Year 7. Inspired by their reading of A Christmas Carol, they were keen to ensure Dickens' message of kindness and compassion is heard now as it was in 1843.
We are supporting One Can Trust, a local food bank, and we would be delighted if you would like to donate. Happily, there's still plenty of time! The deadline for (non alcoholic) Christmas donations is Fri 28 Nov, and for everyday goods Fri 19 Dec, so please either send in your son(s) weighed down with wonderful tins or toiletries, or bring them to Reception.
