Dear Year 13 Students (and Parents for info),
The Senior Prefect Team are delighted to announce that tickets are now on sale for the Year 13 Leavers’ Ball to be held on 22 June 2024. Please find below details of the evening and how you can buy a ticket.
Please note that as the capacity of the venue is slightly smaller this year, we are initially opening ticket sales to RGS students only. RGS students may purchase 1 ticket for themselves from today until the 19th February, when ticket sales will be open to guests of RGS students.
Venue: Moor Hall, Institute of Marketing, Cookham SL6 9QH
Date: Saturday 22 June 2024
Tickets: available on RGS Little Box Office until Friday 26th February or until tickets sell out .
Cost: £55 per person
One guest ticket allowed per RGS student at a cost of £55, guest tickets opening on Friday 19th February.

Timings
- 18:30 Arrival Drinks and Photographs
- 12:00 DJ Set & dancing ends and venue closes
Dress code - Black Tie
Alcohol – Over 18s require Photo ID with DOB to purchase alcohol - please ensure you bring this on the night
Please note that Ball security reserve the right to refuse access to the Ball if guests attempt to bring any alcohol or illegal substances into the venue or will require a guest to leave if their behaviour risks bringing RGS into disrepute.
Please note that photos taken by the official Ball photographer will be distributed to all guests after the Ball.
