Co-ed letter to parents prior to consultation

Flu Immunisations - The Bucks Immunisation Team will be in school on Wednesday this week to run a catch-up session.

Year 9

Immunisations - The Buckinghamshire Immunisation Team uses on-line consent for all school immunisations. Please find attached a letter with all the relevant links. Please ensure that you complete your Year 9 child’s form as soon as possible, and at the latest by 22^nd January 2024. Please complete the form to either consent OR decline this immunisation.
