All parts of the boarding facility, including the grounds, are out of bounds to day boys and visitors unless the member of staff on duty gives specific permission. The following areas are out of bounds to boarders unless a member of staff gives permission: • the Housemasters’ private rooms • the kitchen and domestic offices • the swimming pool • the School buildings • the area around the back of the cricket pavilion AWARENESS OF VISITORS ON SITE Please be aware that there could be visitors on the School site both throughout the day and at weekends. If you are unsure of who someone is or see anyone acting suspiciously please report this immediately to the duty member of staff. DO NOT APPROACH THEM DIRECTLY. Please ensure all visitors that you invite into the boarding house are signed in ‘The Visitors Book’ and countersigned by a member of staff. OUT OF BOUNDS 12/13
