Thirty RGS sixth form students enjoyed the opportunity to dine at Pembroke College, Oxford on Monday evening. The event was organised by the school Chaplaincy. On arrival at the college, we were escorted to the gallery overlooking the hall for a drinks reception. We then moved into the Forte Room, a private dining room adjacent to the hall, for a delicious three course meal with coffee. The guest speaker was Vijay Menon, who spoke passionately about God's love for the whole world. Vijay was popular for the enthusiasm with which he conveyed his personal faith in Jesus Christ. The evening was enjoyed by all who attended and our next visit will be on 28th April.
