Food is an extremely important part of Boarding Life and is taken very seriously.

Our catering team does provide all the meals separate for boarders from the main school canteen and the boarders return for all their meals to the boarding house.

The menu changes weekly and provides a healthy and varied choice, including a separate option for our vegetarian boarders.

The catering team provides special menus on particular days, like St George's Day, Chinese New Year, Halloween and are always open to suggestions (within reason of course!) made by the boys via the food council meetings.

For those boys who are still hungry between meals, there is always a bowl of fresh fruit, as well as toast and spreads available in their common rooms and our sixth form boys can practise their cooking abilities in their kitchenette, as good preparation for university life.
