The Rent-a-Mentor teamYoung Enterprise Team “Rent-a-Mentor” was successful at the South-East Region Final Competition on June 18th. They were awarded the prize for “The Best Innovation” which is their mentoring business for youngsters studying for SATS and GCSEs. Their business has been very successful with many satisfied customers, some of whose testimonials were presented at the competition.

The competition was tough and although “Rent-a-Mentor” put on an excellent performance with their Trade Stand, Company Report and Presentation they were beaten by Dover Grammar School who had set up a “Green Footprint” business.

This is the culmination of a year’s hard work by “Rent-a-Mentor” and their business advisers Sarah Kirkpatrick and Ritu Saxena who are to be thanked wholeheartedly for their time & commitment they have put into the team.
