On Wednesday 23rd April, the Stage Lighting and Sound Team delivered their first ever own assembly, a "Son et Lumière" to showcase what we do. The team filmed the presentation and have made it available on YouTube. You can watch the film here (6 minutes 17 running time). 

The inspiration for the presentation came from a visit to Cambridge last December. Old Boys of the team, now studying in Cambridge put together a music and light presentation for us, as part of our day in the ADC theatre with them, which you can read about here. The team took what they had seen, and worked it into their own presentation, putting our own equipment through its paces. The project was led by Tom Sears, supported by numerous other members of the team. Approximately 130 man hours went into the show, ranging from initial planning, design work, rigging and the long task of programming. We hope you'll agree that it was worth it!
