On Friday 12th Feb, The Maggini String Quartet followed up a marvellous Celebrity Recital for the Friends of Music with an intensive workshop for our Senior String Octet.
Seen here are first violinist Gina McCormack, second violinist David Angel and cellist Mihal Kasnowski working with pupils Tom Aldren, Ruadri Stewart, Liang Pan and Nat Reading.
It is hoped that the coaching will help and inspire the boys to give one or more performances of the whole of Mendelssohn's Octet later in the school year.
