FESTIVAL OF YOUNG MUSICIANS

Wycombe Orpheus Male Voice Choir's annual Festival of Young Musicians took place on  Saturday 10th March.

We are pleased to share the following results:

In the Senior section:

 
PIANO: 1st Liyang Pan, 2nd Nicholas Cossins, 3rd Tom Noyes
 
STRINGS: 2nd Liyang Pan, 3rd James Duff and Dan Wheeler
 
BRASS: 1st Andrew Smith, 2nd Sam Clarke
 
WOODWIND: 2nd Giles Chick, 3rd Nicholas Cossins
 
ENSEMBLE: 2nd The Jazz Company and James Duff / Dan Wheeler Duet
 
VOCAL: Matthew Pope was awarded Highly Commended

 
Meanwhile, in the Junior section on the 3rd March, Tom Clarke (yr9) came 3rd in the Woodwind, and Matthew Clarke (yr8) came 2nd in the Encouragement class.
