World Book Day is on Thursday 1st March this year. Each pupil in the school will receive a £1.00 book voucher which can be used to buy special £1.00 World Book Day books, or they can be put towards the value of any book in participating bookshops. Bring and Buy Book Sale
The library is collecting unwanted books and DVDs for a Book Sale in the library on World Book Day. All donations should be handed in to the Library by Wednesday 29th February. Proceeds of the sale will go to Book Aid International to help buy books for schools and libraries in developing countries. The Benevolent Fund collection will also be in aid of Book Aid International. You can find more information here.
