Mr. D.  Marshall  (Head of Department)

Originally worked as a technical illustrator until becoming a teacher in 1998.  He worked mainly for German companies, drawing exploded technical assembly drawings of hydraulic, and various other industrial machinery.  In later years, just before commencing his teaching career, he diversified slightly by doing free lance educational books for children, often natural history and science books in addition to the engineering drawings.

Mr. R. Dixon  (Teacher)

Came to teaching after a career in commercial aviation during which he travelled widely and lived overseas, mainly in the Arabian Gulf. Trained at Buckinghamshire University where he gained BSc (Hons) in Furniture Production Management. Joined the RGS in September 2008, after teaching in other schools in the Buckinghamshire area.



Mr. R. Stockwell  (Technician)

Retired from BT after 38 years. Worked mainly in electronics, but later in charge of technical specifications for BT ducting, where he represented the BSI on several European Standards committees. When retirement became boring (and with his initials of RGS) it was his obvious destiny to join the school in 2008



Mr. C. Bowen  (Technician)

An old boy to the school, trained in Ceramics at Bristol BA (Hons) and Ceramics and Glass at the Royal College of Art(Ma RCA) Has been the artist in residence at the RGS since 2004 and also been working in the Design & Technology Department since 2009.
