The department has a strong tradition of preparing boys for university degrees reading or involving mathematics, including a number who have gone to Oxbridge. In addition to internal training for STEP papers, we send boys on a number of trips to universities and schools with lectures and workshops illuminating post-18 mathematics. Each year some students attend the Villiers Park masterclasses and we are involved in organising more local masterclasses.
