The Royal Grammar School has developed an exciting squash fixture list over the past five years and currently enjoys top spot in the Region.

Fixtures are arranged against local grammar schools as well as public schools in the South-East such as Haileybury, Eton and Berkhamsted Collegiate. The school runs a squad of 20+ players drawn from all age groups with training/coaching available as an extra curricular activity.

Here at the RGS, we promote the development of students skills and talents so any boy wishing to play can participate in squash fixtures.

The RGS plays in the National Schools Squash tournament every year at u15 and u19 level. The boys recently featured in the National Finals when the team competed at SportCity in Manchester - England Squash HQ - achieving a top four finish out of a starting line up of 72 schools.

Most of the squad play for the County at various age groups and some boys represent England in European competitions.
