At the Royal Gammar School. the health, safety and well-being of every pupil is our paramount concern. We listen to our pupils and take seriously what they tell us. Our aim is that the boys will enjoy their time as pupils in the school.
We want to work in partnership with you to help your son achieve his full potential and make a positive contribution.
On rare occasions, our concern about your son may mean that we have to consult other agencies, even before we contact you. The procedures which we follow have been laid down by the Buckinghamshire Area Child Protection Committee, and the school has adopted a Child Protection Policy in line with this for the safety of all. If you want to know more about our procedures or the policy, please speak to the Deputy Headmaster (Welfare and Discipline) or the Assistant Head (Pupil Development).
SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS POLICY
We seek to provide opportunities for all boys, regardless of age, race, creed or individual needs to develop all their talents to the full. There will be some boys whose requirements are so individual that special provision needs to be made for them. We seek to ensure that as far as possible such boys follow a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum, and participate in all its activities.
