The Online box office is a new service from the RGS which allows you to reserve tickets for productions, shows, concerts and events. It does not allow you to pay for them, unfortunately, so you will still need to send in payment either via your son, or via post services. Once reserved, your tickets will be held for 5 working days, pending payment. All futher information is included in the online service. We hope this will make the process easier and more reliable.
